Beaphar Kidney Diet is a delicious, complete, pâté-style dietetic pet food to support renal insufficiency in cats. The food contains a limited level of high-quality protein and a low level of phosphorus to prevent the increase of waste products in the blood, helping to support renal function. Beaphar Kidney Diet contains added Vitamin D and E, taurine, biotin and zinc, and will provide your cat with all the essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements needed to support optimum health. Suitable for cats with temporary renal insufficiency and chronic renal insufficiency.
Instructions
ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT LABEL AND PACKAGING BEFORE USE. Weigh your cat and use the following table to calculate the correct amount of Beaphar Kidney Diet to give per day. The below information is a guide, so you may need to adjust the feeding amounts to suit your cat’s requirements. Each tray of food contains 100g. Give at room temperature. Divide the recommended amount to feed into 2 or 3 meals per day. Cats weighing 2kg: 1 – 1 ½ trays (110 – 150g) Cats weighing 4kg: 1 ¾ – 2 ½ trays (180 – 240g) Cats weighing 6kg: 2 ½ – 3 trays (240 – 310g) Cats weighing 8kg: 3 – 3 ¾ trays (290 – 380g) Cats weighing 10kg: 2 ¼ – 4 ½ trays (230 – 440g) It is recommended that advice from a veterinary surgeon be sought before use and before extending the period of use. Always keep fresh drinking water available.
