Help cats feel safe and secure at home. The Beaphar CatComfort® Excellence 30 Day Refill provides continuous reassurance to cats and is used with the Beaphar CatComfort® Excellence Calming Diffuser. This long-lasting cat pheromone diffuser helps reduce stress, anxiety and normal but unwanted behaviour in cats, while promoting harmonious living in multi-cat households. Beaphar CatComfort® Excellence uses scientifically recognised pheromone technology, and contains a copy of two naturally produced cat pheromones; the Feline Facial Pheromone (FFP) and the Maternal Appeasing Pheromone (MAP). Both pheromones trigger an instinctive calming response, helping cats to feel safe and comfortable. Cats use FFP to mark areas, objects and people as ‘safe’, while MAP is naturally produced by the queen when she nurses her kittens, and is a crucial part of the bonding process. Both are instantly recognisable to all cats, even if they were hand-reared. Cats may experience stress or anxiety for many reasons, including fireworks, thunderstorms, or changes in routine or environment. These situations can contribute to stress-related behaviour, such as scratching or spraying. Long-term stress in cats can lead to clinical illness, so it’s important to reduce anxiety when possible, and pheromone calming products are an easy way to help. The cat pheromone diffuser can be used throughout the home, and is effective in areas up to 70m2. Once plugged in, pheromones are released immediately, reaching optimum efficacy after around one week, providing continuous calming support for up to 30 days. Instructions
ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT LEAFLET AND PACKAGING BEFORE USE. The Beaphar CatComfort® Excellence 30 Day Refill must be used with the Beaphar CatComfort® Excellence Diffuser electrical device only. The diffuser should be checked monthly and replaced every six months to ensure optimum effect. For indoor use only. For use in animal’s environment only. Do not apply directly to the animal. Ensure the refill is kept upright at all times. 1. Remove the vial cap from the refill. 2. Screw the diffuser onto the vial and gently tighten. 3. Plug the diffuser into an electric socket and switch it on. One Beaphar CatComfort® Excellence Refill lasts up to 30 days. Effective in an area up to 70m². Multiple diffusers can be used throughout the home depending on the size of the area and location of the cats. Do not use near open windows/doors or drafts as this will reduce how well the diffuser works. Each 48ml vial lasts up to 30 days. Replace the Beaphar CatComfort® Excellence Refill every 30 days or when empty.
