Beaphar Dimethicare Line-On for Rabbits, Ferrets & Guinea Pigs is a pesticide-free spot-on treatment that immobilises mites, fleas and lice. It contains dimethicone, which forms a layer that traps lice, fleas and mites by physically blocking their movement. Affected parasites then fall from, or can be combed out of, the fur. Suitable for rabbits, guinea pigs and ferrets from 12 weeks of age.

Beaphar Dimethicare Line-On for Rabbits, Ferrets & Guinea Pigs provides pesticide-free mite, flea and lice control by immobilising parasites. It contains dimethicone, which forms a layer that traps parasites and insects by physically blocking their movement and preventing them from feeding, breeding and continuing their lifecycle. Affected parasites then fall from, or can be combed out of, the fur. Easy to apply, Beaphar Dimethicare Line-On for Rabbits, Guinea Pigs & Ferrets is a line-on application, simply apply to the back of your pet’s neck, then continue in a line down the spine. Suitable for rabbits, ferrets and guinea pigs from 12 weeks of age.
Instructions
ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT LABEL AND PACKAGING BEFORE USE. Use in accordance with the following directions. See application pictograms on pack. Do not remove the pipette from the foil blister until you are ready to use the product. 1. Holding the pipette upright, tap the neck section to ensure the contents fall back into the body of the pipette. 2. Carefully snip off the top of the pipette using scissors, taking care not to squeeze. 3. Part your pet’s fur on the back of the neck and place the tip of the pipette onto the skin, empty its contents completely and directly onto the skin in a line down your pet’s spine. Apply the contents of 1 pipette directly to the skin every 4 weeks. For visible parasite infestations, repeat every 8-10 days. If your pet becomes excessively wet, it may be necessary to reapply earlier. The product can be reapplied after a minimum of seven days. Do not apply more than one pipette. Do not massage the drops into the skin. Once the pipette is opened, use immediately. For external use only. Wash hands and exposed skin after use. When dealing with active infestations, it is advisable to also treat your pet’s bed and resting places with a suitable product.

| Storage and safety | Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with the eyes. After use, examine the application sites periodically as occasionally a sensitive animal may experience localised irritation, in which case bathe the area with a mild, non insecticidal shampoo. If symptoms persist or your pet becomes unwell, consult a veterinary surgeon, taking this pack and if possible, the pipette. Keep the empty pack for future reference. |
